How to keep health.
1. Connection among people. A best connection among people is build a marriage. Each couple keeps this marriage from betraying.
2. Healthy food. We have to see what food that we eat. We must eat carbohydrate, protein, vegetable, fruit and calcium.
Carbohydrat like some rice, bread, corn, etc.
Protein such fish, meat, nut, etc.
Vegetable like salad, spinach, tomato, etc.
Fruit like orange, apple, grape, etc
Calcium like milk.
3. Fitness. Every people need exercise. Our body must move to getting exercise. A lot of way to doing exercise like jogging, swimming, walking, etc.
